From assembling his first computer at age 10 to leading approximately 500 professionals globally across five countries — this is the story of building a fintech enterprise from Goa’s shores.
Early Life and Technical Foundation
Born in 1991 into an academically-focused family, with a father who was a distinguished professor at Shree Damodar College of Commerce and Economics, the seeds of technological curiosity were planted early. Assembling a first computer at age 10, beginning freelance work by 15, and developing software applications by 17 — all while excelling as a carrom and chess champion during school years.
An educational journey spanning multiple Indian states provided exposure to diverse perspectives that would later shape a unique problem-solving approach in technology leadership.
The Entrepreneurial Journey
CodeMax IT Solutions was founded in 2016 to transform financial services through secure, compliant fintech solutions. The company specializes in banking platforms, real-time financial tracking systems, and SIEM services. CodeRun LLP followed in 2018, focusing on web development and digital marketing.
Today, the leadership extends to COO of Scoders Ltd. (Israel) and CTO of MoneyNetInt Ltd. (UK), orchestrating complex cross-border technology initiatives.
Building Trust in a Regulated Industry
Entering the highly regulated fintech industry presented significant credibility challenges. The approach: deliver exceptional value to a select few, exceed compliance standards, and build reputation one client at a time. Rather than pursuing rapid scale, the focus remained on earning trust through consistent delivery and unwavering commitment to security.

Cybersecurity has been personally directed from CodeMax’s inception. Operating across Israel, Europe, the UK, and the US demands nothing less than world-class security. The approach includes forward-looking compliance strategies, real-time monitoring systems, and ISO 27001 certification. Security and compliance are part of the organizational DNA, not afterthoughts.
Vision for Emerging Technologies
AI and automation are key enablers of hyper-personalised services, enhancing fraud detection, optimizing risk management, and automating compliance. Blockchain holds immense potential for cross-border payments and digital identity. Quantum computing’s eventual impact on cryptographic standards requires proactive industry preparation.
Social Impact and Mentorship
Entrepreneurship is inherently connected to societal benefit. Activities span rural development, supporting underprivileged children’s education, COVID-19 relief efforts, and road safety initiatives.
As a Founder Institute mentor and angel investor, the focus is on founder qualities over purely financial metrics — unwavering resilience and passion, clear vision, strong problem-solving ability, coachability, and adaptability.
The Goa Vision
Goa stands at a pivotal juncture with potential to develop into a vibrant technology hub emphasizing sustainable “green industry” growth. The goal: CodeMax reaching Rs 1,000 crore valuation while employing 1,000 Goans — reflecting deep commitment to local economic development.
Through CII and IACC roles, the advocacy continues for deeper collaboration among industry, academia, and government, championing a “Goa for Global” mindset where local companies adopt global perspectives from inception.
Global success does not require leaving Goa. Innovation, career growth, and world-class technology can be built at home.
